Crowe Horwath was a listed company headquartered in Melbourne. They wanted to develop a strategic partner relationship in 2011 for the delivery of its Corporate Real Estate Services. CR Commercial Property Group was engaged as the client’s tenant advisor and specialist project manager to oversee 273 premises around Australia and New Zealand.

In 2015, Crowe Horwath were taken over by Findex Group who established a further goal to reduce the real estate occupancy costs of the Group by at least 25%. They have continued to engage CR Commercial Property Group exclusively for this initiative.
